Mike Constanza, M. EdDirector of Learning

Mike joined Silver Oak Learning Center in September 2009 as an SAT Critical Reading and Writing instructor while teaching AP Literature and Composition at North Hunterdon High School. In September 2012, he joined the team full time and became the Director of Learning at the Flemington location. He currently serves as the Director of Learning at the Clinton location.

Mike earned his Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Rutgers University and his Master’s in English Education from Rutgers’s Graduate School of Education. He enjoyed the experience so much that he still lives near the New Brunswick campus.

In his free time, Mike is an avid reader, writer, and musician.

Deborah Welch, M. Ed.
Deborah Welch, M. Ed.Director of Learning

Debbie Welch is the Director of Learning for Silver Oak Learning Centers’ Clinton location. She has focused most of her education career on providing tools and support for children and adults. Her contributions include developing curriculum, teaching and managing several educational facilities both private and public.

Debbie brings more than 10 years of education experience, as a public school teacher in elementary and middle schools and has served as a Director for two education organizations.

Debbie is the founder of momscamp.com, a networking organization for women. She is an active member in the community and several charitable organizations. Debbie has a Master in Education degree, with a minor in Early Childhood and a Bachelor of Science in Education. Her hobbies include reading, knitting, travel and spending time with her granddaughter.

Debbie resides in Lebanon Township with her husband and four children.

Dr. Rita Palrecha
Dr. Rita PalrechaPresident

Dr. Palrecha is an accomplished educator with several years of university teaching and corporate training and development work experience. She specializes in the coordination, assessment, and intervention of performance improvement strategies. Dr. Palrecha is a recognized expert in leadership education with several publications and presentations to her credit. She has presented at several conferences in US and Internationally.

Dr. Palrecha has taught at the Temple University (Fox School of Business), State University of New York at Binghamton, University of Maryland University College, and is currently teaching part time at the Rutgers School of Business at Camden.

She received her doctorate from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She was the recipient of International Leadership Association and Jepson School of Leadership Studies' Fredric M. Jablin Doctoral Dissertation Award for her doctoral dissertation research.
